Vittorio Emanuele Serra, Naples, 1950, painter and scenographer, highly regarded, he created set designs for theatres and churches in the provinces of Naples. He began as a portraitist, executing many portraits on commission. This artist has participated in many important exhibitions, receiving praise and esteem for his splendid painting art. He studied painting of the seventeenth century; this artist is an innovator, he has made his way among many contemporary painters, he created this oil on canvas with mixed media titled "Pax Populi" measuring 30 x 40 cm. This artist also creates paintings on any support and with different techniques. Graduated from the Naples Art Academy, he studied under great professors and artists of the early twentieth century. Excellent eco-friendly packaging and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity for the painting.
