Omega - Memomaster - Ref. ST 382.0801 - Men - 1970-1979

Rare Omega Memomaster in good condition. This particular model was produced for only 4 years, from 1978 to 1981. It is distinguished by a 35 mm stainless steel case on the sides, excluding the protrusions. The LCD dial shows, in addition to the time and calendar indications, a 12-hour timer and a programmable alarm within the 24-hour period. The display is protected by a mineral crystal with the silkscreened functions on the inside: there are some visible scratches. Above this, the large Omega logo with the acoustic diffuser in the center stands out. This section is normally sun-faded, but this one is perfect. It is powered by a quartz movement, Omega caliber 1632. The caseback is pressed in and bears the engravings with brand and reference inside. The Omega Memomaster ST 382.0801 was produced in a single variant. The ST 782.0801 reference is an exception, dedicated to a female audience with a case 26.5 mm in diameter. The time and date functions are regularly functional: the ones that are not functional are the inner light and the alarm sound (although it can be programmed). The bracelet is generic steel but very similar to the original: fits wrists up to 21 cm, with a Mikado-branded snap clasp. This watch is unfortunately missing its original box and documentation.
