Patrícia Trindade (1989) is a Portuguese artist with a degree in Plastic Arts and a Master’s in Painting, both from the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Porto. Although she has dedicated herself over the years to various painting series with diverse themes, the male figure has become the central element of her work.
This has served as the muse for various approaches and narratives—from the objectification of the body, to eroticism, to homosexuality and voyeurism—that challenge the usual representations of virility and the passivity of the sexes in iconographic representations.
