SKE — Pop Soup Generation, a digitally painted limited edition (05/100) on 300 g art paper ISO A3 (29.7 × 42 cm), signed and numbered with a certificate of authenticity, produced in France and sold by Galerie.
Description from the seller
"Pop Soup Generation" – Limited Edition (100 copies) - New 2026 collection
Edition number: 05/100
Artist: SKE
Publisher: Atelier Montmartre Paris
300 g art paper – ISO A3 format – Signed, numbered – Certificate included
In Pop Soup Generation, SKE depicts Gaston, the iconic figure of Franco-Belgian comics, immersed in the imaginary world of American pop culture. Sitting on a Brillo box and savoring Campbell’s soup, Gaston embodies a generation cradled by comfort, nostalgia and mass consumption.
The contrast between the character’s nonchalant attitude and the symbolic power of pop icons creates a dual-layer reading: an accessible and cheerful scene, yet charged with reflection on standardized happiness and the American cultural heritage.
The style blends pop art, street art and illustration, with a deliberately raw line, projections and splatters that reinforce the urban energy of the work.
An emblematic creation of the SKE universe, ideal for collectors of contemporary pop art, narrative street art and reappropriations of iconic figures.
Specifications:
• Limited edition of 100 copies
• Printed on premium 300 g art paper
• ISO A3 format, easy to frame
• Each copy signed and numbered by SKE

“Pop Soup Generation” is a vibrant and joyful piece, designed for collectors who love pop art, reimagined comics and works that tell a story.
A rare edition that will undoubtedly become a flagship element of your collection.
- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist with a versatile practice who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artworks.
He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with a double reading, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen noticeably. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then crowned Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" in October, and has also appeared in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States and Asia, strengthening his position in the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE has also established himself in the digital art market, a major trend of the past two years, enhancing the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics and texture play define a style now essential.
SKE is undeniably an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Awarded & Recognized Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work sits in a prestigious lineage. His linework shows the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works bridge eras: they revisit classics, not hesitating to reappropriate Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to confront a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing on the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons from our childhood. He stages Disney’s universe with characters like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics and superheroes is omnipresent: from Nintendo and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the style of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also incorporates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to forget mass-consumption icons like Coca-Cola. It is vibrant art, with textured surfaces sometimes evoking the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your home.
