Suspended moment is a sunset landscape worked with a free and expressive brushstroke. The composition centers on a low sun on the horizon, surrounded by an intense range of reds, oranges, yellows and ochres. At the bottom there appear vegetal forms, branches and small flowers, while in the upper area birds in flight can be distinguished.

The work combines recognizable figurative elements with a more gestural and emotional painterly approach. The texture of the surface, the contrasts of light and shadow, and the use of warm colors give the painting a sense of movement and depth.
