Gio Mondelli is a contemporary, multifaceted Italian artist. His artistic research has focused mainly on discovering new techniques, styles and trends. After an academic career, his works already capture the essence of Symbolist and Surrealist painting. For a short period he painted more classical and hyperrealist pieces, but he was not satisfied until he became an Expressionist. Professional art critics appreciate his paintings for offering a truly unique perspective on the landscape.
