“ARCHEMISIO”
is a contemporary painter famous for his hyperrealist oil-on-canvas works, where he blends photographic precision with the dramatic lighting typical of Caravaggio. Raised among the streets of Rome, from a young age he was fascinated by the Baroque masterpieces displayed in the churches and museums of the city, developing a passion for the contrast between light and shadow and for the emotional intensity of the figures.

After studying at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma, Archemisio has traveled in Europe and the United States, perfecting hyperrealistic technique through the study of modern artists. However, his style stands out for its Caravaggesque heritage: his works capture minute details (from wrinkles of skin to reflections on an object) but are immersed in a theatrical and directional light, which chisels the volumes and creates an atmosphere rich in symbolism.
