The Lane - Hand-signed by LeYack, 2022, a limited edition of 20 numbered copies, signed by hand, technique digital painting, 40 × 40 cm, origin France, sold directly from the artist, good condition.
Description from the seller
An indoor municipal swimming pool, blue tiling, windows letting in cold, diffuse winter light, fluorescent tubes on the ceiling. At the center of the basin, a lone swimmer — viewed from above, arms extended in front, body stretched under the turquoise water, tracing her line along the bottom. She is tiny in the space. The water is vast.
LeYack works here on the architecture of repetition and solitary effort. The lines of the lanes, the reflections of the neon lights on the water, the perfect symmetry of the pool — everything converges toward this single figure that advances. This is a painting about discipline, about what one does when no one is watching, about the beauty of invisible effort.

About the artist:

Each work tells a frozen moment, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the suggested story.
