LeYack presents Last Goodbye - Hand-signed, a 40 × 40 cm limited edition portrait on canvas, hand-signed and produced in France in 2022, featuring a female figure at a small American airfield with a Cessna and an aviator departing, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
An American countryside aerodrome, golden late-afternoon light. A small white Cessna sits at the center of the composition. A woman in a floral skirt places her hand on the fuselage — a gesture of farewell or blessing. Her travel bag rests at her feet. In the background, a man in a pilot jacket moves away toward the hangar, back turned, not looking back.
Yack paints farewell in all its asymmetry — she touches the plane, he walks away. She stays, he leaves. The slanted evening light gives the scene a nearly sacred quality. This little aerodrome, nothing much, is the stage for an intimate drama we will never fully know.
