THE FERRARI PROTEST

COLLECTION RUBIK
Unique edition 01/01
80 x 80 cm
High-definition aluminum print

With THE FERRARI PROTEST, Cartist reinterprets one of the most emblematic silhouettes of contemporary street art through a graphic interpretation inspired by the Rubik’s Cube universe.

The work rests on a meticulous geometric construction made up of a multitude of colored fragments organized like a contemporary mosaic. Through this rigorous visual structure emerges a scene that is immediately recognizable: a protester throwing the iconic prancing horse—Ferrari—turned here into an artistic symbol of movement, power, and freedom.

The Ferrari horse becomes the central point of the composition.
Its intensely red silhouette contrasts with the blue figure of the protester, creating a strong visual tension between rebellion and luxury, urban culture and automotive performance.

Inspired exclusively by the emblematic colors of the Rubik’s Cube — red, blue, green, orange, white and yellow — the work plays with a constant double reading.
From a distance, the image appears bold and simple.
But up close, the composition reveals an infinity of tiny geometric modules, transforming the scene into a complex graphic architecture.

Each square becomes a fragment of emotion.
Each color participates in building the movement.

Through this approach, Cartist transforms a universal automotive symbol into an element of contemporary expression.
The prancing horse no longer represents Ferrari alone: it becomes here an idea of dream, speed, and escape.

This opposition between mathematical structure and emotional impact gives rise to a piece that is at once minimalist, pop, and conceptual, designed to captivate the eye immediately while revealing its richness in detail.

Executed in a square format of 80 x 80 cm, THE FERRARI PROTEST has a strong and immersive visual presence, enhanced by high-definition print on premium aluminum.
