(1910–1978)
Abstract composition, mixed media and collage on paper, signed in pencil bottom left. The work presents a refined construction of horizontal planes, achieved through overlays of papers of different nature, earthy tones and cooler color inserts. The language is typical of postwar abstract research, with a balance between formal rigor and material sensitivity.
Visible sheet dimensions: approximately 64 × 49 cm.
Image dimensions: approximately 19 × 26 cm.
Conservation status: good, with normal signs of aging consistent with the technique and materials used. The photographs are an integral part of the description.
Shipping / collection:
Careful packaging and trackable shipping. Postal shipping is the most economical method but not the most protective for artworks; in particular, for works on paper it cannot be guaranteed that there will be no stresses during transport. Insurance available on request (costs borne by the buyer). Any duties, import charges or delays are the buyer’s responsibility and may occur even for shipments within Europe, being a shipment from Switzerland. Pickup in Geneva by appointment is possible and preferred.
