"Coastal Glow" features a rich structural layer, with the main role played by the combination of natural sand and gold. Thanks to the use of an authorial texture-application technique, the left side of the composition has a pronounced, granular relief, giving the image a three-dimensional and organic character. The central part of the canvas is coated with gold leaf (shlagmetal), which creates a smooth, mirror-like surface imitating a strong reflection of the sun. The contrast between the rough texture of the sand and the metallic sheen of the gold builds the dynamism of the composition, changing its appearance depending on the lighting.
