Exquisite Portuguese silver filigree miniature casket or trunk box, featuring the intricate craftsmanship for which Portugal is world-renowned. The piece is crafted in silver with a gold-plated (vermeil) finish, showcasing delicate openwork floral and scroll motifs.

Portugal assay mark (1887-1937), 833/000, and same date marker's mark.

Origin: Portugal (highly skilled hand-made filigree work).

Design: Rectangular trunk with a domed lid, standing on four elegant ball feet.

Material: Solid silver with gold gilding.

Hallmarks: Clearly hallmarked on the bottom

Condition: Excellent vintage condition. The structure is well-preserved, and the gilding remains vibrant, showing only minor natural oxidation consistent with age.
