The artist, distant from schools and trends, creates his works as a free man, following exclusively his own ideality and personal objectives.
In this material painting he used light blue, blue and white to evoke the colors of the Sky when on a serene day, with a few white clouds, our gaze turns toward an Universe that we do not know. But the sea often reflects the colors of the sky, therefore pleasant sensations arise, such as feeling free on the open sea under a blue sky.

Paolo Contin has a long artistic career. He trained in the design world and since 1980 has worked in fashion and art. Since 1999 he began to exhibit his works; in 2002 his first solo show in Padua, followed by many exhibitions in Italy and abroad, including Copenhagen, Munich, Paris, Brussels, Istanbul, Buenos Aires and Sydney.
