Medium copper color. Aromas and flavors of dark baking chocolate and demerara sugar, malvasia, toasted nuts and caramel, as well as black olives and fruitcake. Round, tart and dry, medium-bodied, with a long, intense and complex finish, with accents of tamarind, raisins, prunes, dried cranberries, walnut nougatine, butterscotch and almost burnt French toast. An extraordinary experience! A concentrate of flavors, reserved for discerning palates.
