Thomas Moore/Daniel Maclise - Moore's irish melodies - 1866

A very RARE and beautiful book...'Moore's Irish Melodies' , 1866 edition with EVERY PAGE with an illustration by Daniel Maclise,one of the most beautiful illustrated book of the Victorian era. Half leather green board with gilt still bright, light wear around edges and corners, light peeling of leather. All edge gilt. At the end appendix by Moore. Inside very good condition,all illustrations present and bright,very light foxing/stains. Heavy foxing on blank pages at beginning/end. Maybe a proof Copy....at beginning many pages are duplicated... but complete!!! There are two blank pages and then two Illustrated Pages.... Never seen it in other copies before.
