Unique and original work hand-painted by Léo Varek
French contemporary artist, Léo Varek develops today a series of pop canvases inspired by street art codes, built around a strong visual energy.
Before this studio work, I completed numerous monumental frescoes, notably in Europe, including an intervention of more than 600 m² in Courchevel, France. This background directly informs my current approach, more condensed, but still guided by visual impact.
My works are today distributed internationally and shipped worldwide.
Each canvas is handmade in my French studio, using mixed media combining acrylic and aerosol.
I work spontaneously to maintain a tension in the gesture, strong contrasts and a real vibration of colors.
