Description from the seller

TITLE: I - Through the Veil

Behind the blurred shapes, the gaze remains fixed and determined while the discreet presence of the katana evokes a contained strength. A work where apparent softness and inner intensity coexist in a silent balance.

SERIES: Veil of Silence

In several compositions, the diffuse silhouette of a katana appears discreetly through the blur, more as a symbolic presence than a literal one. Traditionally associated with the samurai — a universe historically reserved for men — the katana becomes here a representation of contemporary feminine strength. It embodies an interior force that is both raw and quiet, a mastered power that expresses itself neither through domination nor violence, but through determination, conviction, and a form of cool gentleness. Through this contrast between apparent delicacy and emotional intensity, the work evokes a different way of embodying strength.

The expressions captured in the eyes convey restrained yet intense emotions: conviction, silent vengeance, resilience, and the will to retake control of one’s own identity. Inspired by Asian contemplative cinema and contemporary minimalist photography, the series favors atmosphere and perception over direct revelation of the subject.

The work is high-definition printed on aluminum to offer a deep, subtle, and modern rendering, highlighting the luminous nuances and details of each composition.

Format: 60 × 40 cm
Support: Premium aluminum with hanging system
Finish: Matte, with deep cinematic rendering
Orientation: Horizontal

Each piece is offered in a limited edition of only 10 copies.
The artwork is not signed on the plaque.
An authenticated digital certificate signed is provided after purchase.

Each print is carefully protected before shipment with reinforced packaging and tracked delivery to ensure receipt in optimal conditions.

This series is conceived as much as a contemporary photographic work as a unique decorative and high-end piece, ideal for a modern, minimalist interior or inspired by a cinematic and contemplative aesthetic.

ONIINK STUDIO is a contemporary visual gallery exploring image through three axes: photography, automotive, and contemporary art.

At the crossroads of cinema and urban aesthetics, each work captures a suspended moment, where light, matter, and composition translate a silent tension.

Whether it is nocturnal automotive scenes, cinematic portraits, or more abstract artistic compositions, the work centers around the same search: to reveal a presence, an atmosphere, a sensation.

Inspired by the codes of cinema and urban environments, ONIINK STUDIO develops a coherent visual identity, marked by contrast, precision, and a form of emotional restraint.
