A line that doesn’t really begin and doesn’t really end. It flows, carves its own path, changes – and yet remains its own self. Sometimes dense and powerful, then again light and almost vanishing, as if it were breathing.

"Continuum" feels like a quiet rhythm that runs through without interruption. The movement isn’t frantic, but carried — as if it follows an inner logic that is felt more than understood. Small splatters and irregularities tell of the fact that even in the flow, breaks may occur.

The painting reminds us that much in life has no clear beginning or end, but is a transition. A continuing forward. A Zwischenraum that constantly changes – and finds its calm precisely in that.
