Triangular wooden jewelry box, with a polished finish in a warm tone. It has a raised edge with beads that look like pearls in silver metal, embedded in a dark carved wooden frame. In the center there is a silver ornament shaped like a rose.

Style: Japanese applied art (Maki-e technique or similar), very popular in the West during the late Victorian Japonism movement. The lid features traditional fan motifs (sensu and uchiwa) and cherry blossoms stylized with gold reliefs
