Lz - Instalando a mi dragón

This work arises from the need to capture the confusion, anger, contradiction, and an entire inner discomfort that I could not master; in this way, my inner dragon is installed for the good of humanity.

Marina Lz is a self-taught visual artist with more than 25 years of experience, dedicated to painting and to the constant exploration of artistic expression. Throughout her career she has developed a personal, emotional, and recognizable style, exhibiting her work in different cultural venues such as the Aula de Cultura of San Juan, La Nucía, the Casino de Alicante, and other exhibition spaces. She also held an individual exhibition at the Casino de Murcia and participated with an artistic installation at the MACA Museum in Alicante.

Her artistic journey also encompasses live painting and body painting at cultural events held in places such as the Caves of Canelobre, the Gardens of Abril, or the IFA in Alicante. Parallel to this, she has taught painting and crafts classes for children and adults, as well as workshops on artistic expression and creative actions at concerts by local musicians, merging music and painting in live experiences.

With more than fifteen exhibitions to her name, each consisting of series of around twenty works, Marina Lz has always maintained a distinctive artistic identity while exploring new forms of creation. Much of her work has been sold and, currently, she is undergoing a transitional phase and creative search where her new pieces reflect evolution, experiences, and transformation, letting her art flow between origin and destination.
