THE WORK========

The face of a young man suspended between the elegant nostalgia of Art Deco and the emotional intensity of contemporary painting. Inspired by the sensual geometry of Tamara de Lempicka and the chromatic theatricality of modern expressionism, the work builds a face divided between cold light and warm radiance, as if two times coexist in the same gaze.
Clean lines and almost sculptural volumes evoke the sophisticated glamour of the twenties, while the vibrancy of the color introduces a deeply current pulsation. The deep blue of the background envelops the figure in a cinematic and silent atmosphere, where beauty and melancholy dialogue with delicacy. A piece conceived to draw the eye slowly and linger in memory like an echo of another time.

provenance and documentation ==============================
Directly from the artist’s studio. Supplied with a certificate of authenticity (COA) hand-signed by the author.
Work in perfect condition, kept in the studio. The edges are painted so it can be hung directly if you do not wish to frame it.

Bachelor’s degree studies in Arts at the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

SHIPPING ========

-The work is delivered unstretched (rolled in a tube with professional packaging). Frames and stretcher are NOT INCLUDED. Your local framer will need to restretch and mount it on a frame.
The indicated measurements are for the painting when stretched and mounted on stretcher. The actual canvas size is slightly larger at 107x107 cm to allow mounting on arrival. The canvases must be mounted on a frame by your local framer.
-The work has been painted on a 100x100 cm stretched canvas and subsequently unstretched for transport.
-The work is shipped padded and rolled in a protective cardboard tube. All shipments are made via UPS, with tracking number and always guaranteeing the safety, care, and efficient delivery of the artwork. All shipments are insured.
