Refined ornamental brazier (centerpiece) in 800 silver entirely hand-engraved by the renownedCroton-born master goldsmith Gerardo Sacco, internationally known for his creations that draw on Magna-Greek and Mediterranean art.
The piece features top-tier craftsmanship:
Design: The edge is embellished with two majestic apotropaic masks (greek tradition masks, typical of the Sacco style) embossed with meticulous detail.
Base workmanship: The central basin features a hand-h hammered finish that creates dynamic luminous reflections.
Stamp and Signature: On the bottom are clearly visible the autograph inscription "G. Sacco - Fatto a mano", the 800 silver hallmark and the factory mark < 1 KR>*, which identifies Gerardo Sacco's workshop as the first and most historic in Crotone.
