Description from the seller
Description (English)
Product Details:
This is a high-quality Wajima lacquerware (Wajima-nuri) tiered food box, known as a Jubako, featuring a "Tote-jyu" (carrying handle) design. It is decorated with Shinobu Chinkin (delicate gold-inlaid fern patterns) and finished with a rich cinnabar red lacquer (Uchi-shu) on the inside. Crafted from natural wood, it represents traditional Japanese craftsmanship from the Noto region.
