The artist Hestela Charbonnier develops a pictorial research that moves between the floral world and the figurative dimension, creating a continuous dialogue between nature and human being. Her production ranges from botanically charged compositions full of energy and matter to portraits and figures in which a deep emotional sensitivity emerges.
In floral paintings, color is the absolute protagonist: dynamic brushstrokes, material stratifications, and luminous contrasts transform the flower into a symbol of vitality, transformation, and fragility. The forms expand on the canvas with an instinctive yet conscious gesture, giving rise to intense and engaging compositions.
In the figurative works, instead, the artist explores interiority through postures, gazes, and suspended atmospheres. The figures are never simple representations, but become silent narratives, filled with emotion and psychological depth.
