Limited edition of the artwork "The Dreamer’s Night" by artist SKE
- Publisher: Atelier MONTMARTRE FineArt
- FineArt print on museum-grade Hahnemühle art paper
- ISO A3 format (42x29.7 cm) easy to frame
- Edition number: 04/10
With The Dreamer’s Night, SKE revisits a timeless masterwork from art history by integrating one of the most iconic figures in pop culture.
In a vibrant nocturnal landscape inspired by Van Gogh’s universe, Snoopy contemplates the starry sky alongside Woodstock, suspended between dream and reality. The luminous swirls and intense painterly textures create an immersive, almost hypnotic atmosphere where time seems to stand still.
Here, SKE fuses two powerful imaginaries: the emotional depth of classical painting and the nostalgic sweetness of childhood. This meeting gives birth to a scene that is at once soothing and deeply evocative.
A sensitive and universal work, designed for collectors attuned to the dialogue between classical art and contemporary pop culture.
- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist with a versatile portfolio who grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artistic work.
He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencil, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic, expressive compositions, often with a double meaning, blend the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an outstanding year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as the "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he has also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited at major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene. In parallel, SKE has established himself in the digital artwork market, a major trend of the past two years, enhancing the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics, and texture play define a style that has become indispensable.
SKE is undeniably an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Awarded Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
AN UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY SKE’s work fits into a prestigious lineage. His style shows the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversion of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works bridge the eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to reframe Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or Picasso’s deconstructed forms to face a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates icons from our childhood. He stages the Disney universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from Nintendo and the mythical Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), and to Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY In a style that sometimes recalls Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with codes of success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the “Hype” aesthetic: you encounter the sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and haute couture (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also includes automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to forget mass consumer icons like Coca-Cola. It’s vibrant art with textured finishes that sometimes evoke Jeff Koons’ glazed surface or the facets of Richard Orlinski.
This work is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your home."
