Description from the seller

Origin
The Murano paperweight is an heirloom purchased in Venice in the 1970s. There is no information about the maker.

Highlights
Handcraft: The piece is hand-blown and hand-formed, thus a unique piece.

Design: The symmetric pattern of crown-shaped swirls points to meticulous craftsmanship. The design uses the Zanfirico technique (also known as Filigrana), in which fine glass rods are twisted into complex spiral or lattice patterns. The spiraling pink and white ribbons are often referred to as "Ribbon Swirl."

Material: It is high-quality crystal glass, prized for its clarity and light refraction.

Dimensions: Diameter: approx. 5.5 cm, Height: approx. 5.5 cm, Weight: approx. 208 g

Condition: Age-appropriate very good. No scratches or chips on the top surface.
