Painter; trained at the academies in Roeselare and Brussels.
He settled in Brussels in 1918. Influenced by Laermans, Minne, and Servaes. Works including the Town Hall in Roeselare.
Listed in the “Lexicon of West Flemish Visual Artists III,” Crick, Bas II and III. The artist's works have been auctioned many times in the Paintings category. The oldest auction on record is 1985 at Sotheby’s and the most recent auction in 2025.
