Description from the seller

Flacon Opaline: iridescent opaline, vine and gold decoration, late 19th century.

Material: It is white opaline (milky opaque glass) or very fine porcelain. The translucent appearance and the shine suggest a high-quality opaline.
Decoration: The motif depicts blue vine leaves enhanced with clusters of grapes gilded in fine gold. It is a classic period motif, often associated with Baccarat productions or the Saint-Louis manufactories, although workshops in Limoges also produced similar porcelain pieces.
Special feature: The interior of the neck and the base of the stopper are matte (dull finish), which allowed an airtight seal to preserve the perfume.
