Two-volume 1764 first edition in this format of M. Accii Plauti Comoediae, in Latin, bound in parchment, 911 pages, 21 by 14.5 cm, in excellent condition, containing 20 comedies, fragments, Querolus, and an index of rare words, with two ex libris inside the binding.

Collection of the theatrical works and fragments that have come down to us from the Roman dramatist Titus Maccius Plautus.
Printed by Josephus Cominus in 1764 in Padua, the volumes, octavo, feature the original leather binding with parchment (vellum) in excellent condition.
The edition includes 20 comedies, fragments of lost works, the comedy Querolus, and an index that explains rare and obsolete words.
The pages, In total 831 + 80
They are all, intact, well preserved and show light browning.
Engravings with friezes are placed at the end of some chapters
Inside the binding there are 2 ex libris, as shown in the photos
The proposed edition is considered by scholars to be a significant historical resource for the study of Plautus and a valuable collector’s item.
