WORDS SERIES:

Over the course of a year I developed a series of keywords that carry particular weight for me, for my life experience.
Words that identify me and which, for better or worse, are full of meaning for who I am. From this also arose a workshop held at two events in Genoa (see cloudart.biz)

Each canvas features one of these words as its protagonist: taken, broken apart, reassembled on a dirty background.
It’s a ritual in which I disintegrate the word and its meaning, redefining its form.
From meaning, to visual impact.
From evil, the good.
From the word, the form.
From the ugly, beauty.
And at the center me, my empty spaces and the dichotomies that tell my story.

Abstract and minimalist, clean lines and the play of light and shade create a sophisticated and refined atmosphere, perfect for the most exclusive interiors.
Rich in interiority and different levels of reading, it lends environments a calm, orderly atmosphere, suitable for meditation and ideal for those who love design.

Fabio Colombo has recently begun collaborations with Italian and Swiss galleries; this painting is sold directly by the artist.
