Natalie Ulmann presents an original mixed-media work on canvas titled "Cherry RAW" (2025), an acrylic and chalk piece in deep Bordeaux-red with gold accents, signed on the back, rolled at 113 cm x 133 cm (ext stretched 100 cm x 120 cm x 4 cm) and delivered with a certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
A reduced, multi-layered work in deep Bordeaux red, created through deliberate condensation of existing painterly layers. The surface is characterized by gestural interventions: scratch marks, fine lines, and partially exposed underlying color layers. Subtle nuances of cool blue as well as delicate, warm apricot tones appear in places, creating a calm yet tense depth. Individual lines have been accented with blue chalk and traverse the surface in restrained movement. At the center, the gesture is not the focus, but the materiality—a dense, matte surface that absorbs light and reveals the traces of the creative process. The work moves between control and dissolution, between surface and memory. Acrylic and chalk on canvas. Matte surface.
Framed dimensions: 100cm x 120cm x 4cm
Rolled: 113cm x 133cm
Made on high-quality, heavy-weight canvas 380 g/m²
Due to the size, to keep shipping affordable and for sustainability, the painting will be shipped rolled without a stretch frame in a sturdy cardboard shipping tube, safely and professionally packaged. Transport insurance and tracking number included.
The canvas can be easily re-stretched and, if desired, framed by a professional. The frame with miter joints is not included.
The artwork is signed on the back by me; an authenticity certificate is attached as well. Photos were taken under different light sources, and minor color differences may occur depending on monitor settings.
