Incredibly valuable manuscript and a unique item of high collector value. Comprehensive manuscripts like this book from this period are extremely rare.

Exceptionally extensive handwritten manuscript from the year 1632, written in Latin and entirely devoted to scholastic commentary on the works of Aristotle. The manuscript, divided into several chapters, comprises about 550 pages.

The text is consistently written by an experienced hand, with beautiful, legible cursive, headings such as “Prooemium” and “Argumenta” as well as fine calligraphic decorative elements. Noteworthy are various pen samples and ornamental spirals. There are also interesting drawings in the manuscript (see photos).

Bound in a contemporary parchment cover. The binding is loose, a few pages are loose. Pages partly damaged or water-stained. Slightly browned. The book contains some blank pages. All in all, a well-preserved manuscript with extremely high collector value.
