A powerful XXL square abstract work with a calm undertone, that keeps changing how it is perceived and thus plays a subtle yet present role in the space. Deep purple hues are built up with soft transitions to pink and warmer nuances, creating a rich and lively surface.

The paint is applied in transparent and more saturated layers, causing some parts to come forward while others recede. This creates a continuous interplay between depth and light.

• Acrylic paint on high-quality professional canvas (380 g/m²).

• The canvas is 150 x 150 cm. Please note that the stated dimensions are the total dimensions of the canvas. When stretching the canvas you will lose about 10 cm in length and width. Because it is an abstract artwork, the overall effect remains. For optimal presentation we recommend adding a frame that suits your interior.

• The painting has a glossy varnish layer. Colors may differ slightly depending on your monitor settings. Colour marks may be visible on the back of the canvas.

About the artist
Ellis Hollering is a Dutch contemporary abstract-realist artist, based in Eindhoven. Her work fuses realism and abstraction, often inspired by travel, nature, and moments of personal transformation.

With deep, powerful colors, soft transitions, and golden details, she creates layered paintings that symbolize the many layers of life. From a distance they form a whole, but up close new details are discovered again and again. Themes of self-discovery, inner strength, and connection recur throughout. Her work is now in private collections in Europe, North America, and Canada.
