Description from the seller

Traditional four-necked vase in Persian stoneware.
Piece in excellent condition for its age, superb patina and very decorative colorful motifs.

The City of Iznik has since the 1950s been regarded as one of the cradles of Persian ceramics, with pieces discovered dating back to the 15th century.
This tradition has continued in Turkey to this day, and the piece presented here can be dated to the early Qajar Dynasty (1789–1925) according to other reference pieces and the evident traces of antiquity.
