Description from the seller
Tamara Muller (1975) worked in preparation for a solo exhibition at the Stedelijk Museum Breda in 2023 as artist-in-residence in Zundert. Following this stay, she produced a Risograph print publication, with an edition in A3 format in a run of 50 unique edited copies. The buyer also receives a copy of the publication.
After graduating from the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague in 1997, specializing in Graphic Design, Tamara Muller developed her unique visual vocabulary and solid technical skills as a painter. While initiating an active exhibition career, she studied for three years at the 'Actors Studio' in The Hague and participated in theatre performances. She uses these experiences to create performance art and videos when she earns her Master of Fine Art at the Academy for Art and Design ArtEZ Post St. Joost in Den Bosch in 2007.
Van Gogh AiR Charity Auction
The Van Gogh House invites artists to come work for an extended period in Vincent’s birthplace, Zundert. They literally step in Van Gogh’s footsteps, which yields remarkable results. The artists donate works that are auctioned for the benefit of the Van Gogh artist-in-residence program.
