Board game - Bone - Ebony

An antique domino set dating from the early years of the 20th century, complete with 24 original tiles kept in the coeval wooden box.

The tiles are made according to the traditional style, with the top in natural bone and the base in ebony, joined by a central brass/copper pin.
This kind of workmanship was typical of good-quality dominoes from the late 19th century to the early 20th century.

The tiles show evident signs of use and a beautiful patina of time, which confer vintage charm.
The original wooden box is also well preserved and shows natural signs of use consistent with its age.
Conditions: Fair overall condition, wear visible on the tiles, one tile has a broken edge.
