πJS aka Stephen Joannon (Artist, Gallery owner, Exhibition curator, Music critic…)
A versatile visual artist and transmitter of forms, presents ROBBIT: a series of colorful sculptures, playful homage to the universes of Barry Flanagan, Jeff Koons and Kaws, guided by the electronic motifs of Herbie Hancock — especially Rockit (1983), from which its name is derived. Made in Tourrettes-sur-Loup in collaboration with an exceptional craftsman, the collection comprises four silhouettes, each subsequently hand-painted in strictly unique variations.
Poem of metal and matter, ROBBIT blends pop audacity and playful gentleness: a sculptural presence that strikes with chromatic optimism and a visual melody. These pieces, designed to cross viewers’ gaze and complement contemporary collections, are produced in limited editions — an invitation to seize the work before its disappearance.
