'Beyond Borders'

This painting stems from a simple reflection: seen from above, borders do not exist. There is only one, great planet.
With this work I wanted to release the Earth from the invisible barriers built by humans. The colors and shapes mix freely to remind us that life is a continuous, interconnected flow.
"Beyond Borders" is an invitation to look at the world with different eyes, to rediscover the sense of unity, freedom, and belonging to one large common home.

Shaula Toma has always nurtured a deep love for creativity in all its forms. A graduate in Art, she experiences painting as a vital instinct, a necessity to give voice and outlet to what she feels. The canvas thus becomes a space where she welcomes her emotions, finding in this process help and refuge. In her path she constantly experiments and explores new techniques, but never loses her own identity. Through acrylic colors and the deliberate use of a spatula, she layers material to give depth and movement to every composition. Her works thus arise, from a spontaneous gesture that frees the energy of the moment to the constant search for serenity.

The artwork is shipped rolled in a sturdy tube, with tracking code. Each canvas is stretched with careful technique, without nails, and then released again.
