Bodegón, an original oil painting on panel (55 × 44 cm) by Spanish painter Emeterio Ovejero Marcos (1948–2007), dated 1990–2000, signed by hand, sold with frame.

Oil on a wooden panel measuring 41.5 x 30.5 cm. Signed in the lower left corner. The frame is not included in the sale, but it will be sent as a gift.
Emeterio Ovejero Marcos (1948-2007) is a Spanish painter born in Madrid on December 30, 1948, known for his figurative and expressive work in oil on canvas.
He studied Drawing and Painting at the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes de San Fernando, where he completed his studies in 1971.
Subsequently he perfected his technique with professors Sánchez Arjona and Maestro Barrando.
In 1974 he moved to Seville, joining the artistic group “San Juan de Azna.”
His work centers on figurative painting, with a marked expressive character. Many of his pieces explore loneliness, fears, and the human condition.
First Prize for Drawing at the Madrid City Council’s Collective Exhibition (1961).
Third Prize for Oil Painting at the Madrid City Council’s Collective Exhibition (1968).
Silver Medal in the III Contest of Andalusian and Extremad painting (Seville, 1974).
Diploma of Honor at the XXVIII ART-PRESS Biennial Exhibition Hall (Diario Pueblo, 1974).
