Talismanic Silver Ring – Calligraphic Seal Stone – Persian Tradition – 20th Century
A substantial hand-crafted silver ring set with a dark engraved seal-style stone featuring calligraphic motifs inspired by Persian and Islamic artistic traditions.
The large circular top displays deeply carved inscriptions and ornamental linear engraving in a composition reminiscent of traditional talismanic seals and devotional calligraphy. The stone is mounted within a heavy silver bezel framed by finely detailed borders.
The wide silver band is richly decorated with repeating geometric and braided motifs enhanced by dark oxidised contrast, giving the ring a bold architectural appearance. The overall design reflects traditional Middle Eastern silversmithing aesthetics with a strong sculptural presence.
