AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Inspired by the color International Klein Blue (IKB), this work came into being.

The French artist Yves Klein experimented with ultramarine pigment and a special fixative, polyvinyl acetate, then known as Rhodopas. That, unlike ordinary fixatives, did not diminish the gloss (depth) of the color.

Unlike the usual blue paint, where the fixing fluid—the medium in which the colored particles are held—creates a reflection to the eye that undermines the effect (which is stronger with ground pigment, i.e., less glossy), IKB, particularly on three-dimensional objects, presents a granular or fuzzy appearance to the human eye.

Objects painted with IKB thus appear powdery or very finely sintered.

All my works are unique and are offered by me personally.
Many of my works form part of both corporate and private collections around the world.

The work is carefully packed in a wooden case and, after payment, shipped insured within 3 business days, including a tracking code.
