Kudi Kabudhan uit west java
Kudi Kabudhan (of Kabudan) is primair een specifiek type antiek Javaans wapen, vaak een Kudi genoemd, dat wordt geassocieerd met het oude Majapahit-tijdperk (Kabudhan). Deze voorwerpen worden vaak verzameld als "Tosan Aji" (heilige metalen voorwerpen) deze heeft een prachtige beschermer met snijwerk van timoho pelet wood! Het lemmet is zeer oud denk rond de 14de eeuw durf geen uitspraak te doen over pamor....
De kujang is een wapen afkomstig uit van de Sundanese bevolking van West-Java, Indonesië. De vroegst gemaakte kujang is van rond de 8e of 9e eeuw. Volgens Sanghyang siksakanda ng karesian canto XVII was de kujang het wapen van boeren en heeft zijn wortels in het gebruik in de landbouw. Mogelijk is het een doorontwikkeling van de kudi. De kujang is een van de traditionele wapens in de Sudanese school van pencak silat.
