AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Sculpture by artist Paolo Camporese (1961)
The sculpture will be shipped wrapped in bubble wrap in a plastic box, which is then placed inside a cardboard box.

Symbolism "Silentium Cordis" (The silence of the heart) is an intense and reflective work that explores the duality of the human psyche. The standing, gathered female figure emerges from a dark base that seems to enclose her up to the bust, creating a strong color contrast with the upper part in purple. This sharp separation suggests a transition between the earthly/inner world (black) and a spiritual or thinking dimension (purple). At the center of this dichotomy, jealously protected between the hands, stands a bright red heart: the only warm color, a pulsating symbol of life, vulnerability, and secrecy.
Technical Details:
H 47 cm, width 11 cm, depth 11 cm.
Unique piece signed at the base, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity
• Subject: Symbolic female figure.
• Material: Polychrome terracotta modeled entirely by hand.
• Finish: Polychrome paint with a tactile texture that enhances the impressions of the modeling, giving the piece authenticity and an artisanal character.
• Conditions: Excellent.

Why choose it? The work stands out for its totemic linearity and for its ability to furnish contemporary spaces with a touch of introspection. It is a unique piece, perfect for collectors of modern and figurative sculpture seeking works capable of establishing a silent dialogue with the observer.
