Antique brass inkwell with a ceramic cup to hold the ink. The inkwell is presented as a single folded and curved plate with a garland of roses, a typical decorative element of the Liberty (Art Nouveau) style. The object bears minor, inconsequential scratches due to its age but is well preserved and nonetheless intact. There are two pins to rest the nib (as shown in the demonstrative and representative photo for use) not included in the sale.

Antico calamaio in ottone lucido con bicchierino in ceramica per contenere l’inchiostro . Il calamaio si presenta in una unica lastra piegata e curvata con decoro di ghirlanda di rose tipico elemento decorativo dello stile liberty. L’oggetto è con irrilevanti piccoli graffi dovuti alla sua età ma si presenta ben conservato e comunque integro. Sono presenti due perni per posare il pennino (come foto dimostrativa e rappresentativa per l’utilizzo) non inclusi nella vendita.
Elegante oggetto per i collezionisti dell’arredo per scrivania d’epoca.
