Enrico Camporese was born in Venice. From 1965 to 1970 he began working as a union photojournalist, documenting the political and social events of the period. Thanks to his photographs, he occasionally collaborated with the Italian weekly Il Mondo and L'Espresso.
In August 1970 in Belfast in Northern Ireland he documents the outcomes of the daily conflict between Catholics and Protestants.
In September of the same year, in Venice, he and five other colleagues founded the advertising agency INTERMEDIA. In 1975 he opens his communications agency, PubbliCA, which later becomes PubbliCA & Associati.
For about twenty years the agency handles advertising communication, collaborating and producing campaigns for Veneto companies of national and international importance. Noted glassmakers from Murano entrust their catalogs and advertising pages to PubbliCA.
Since 2019 Enrico Camporese has devoted himself exclusively to art photography.
