The "Biedermeier Period" Refers To An Era In Central Europe Between 1815 And 1848.
Bone handle.

Typical Austrian Silver Hallmark During This Period:

- 13 loth = 812/1000(81.2% silver)
- Year:1846
- Assay City "A" = Vienna
-"W.J" (Witek Josef Authorization 1831 Punze, Mark Nr 558
-"Schiffer" The Maker Is Franz Schiffer (1800-1854),
who received authorizathion to work in 1827 and
became a master in 1832.
He was awarded the imperial warrant in 1846

The Creamery Is In Excellent Condition Considering Age.
Some dents after careful inspection. These dents are not serious and easily restorable.
More accurate polishing is recommended.

Approximate measurements: Height 14 Cm., Height 14 cm. Excluding the handle.
