Description from the seller

Lot Description: Pair of Meissen First Choice Blue & White Porcelain Vases with Gilded Accents

A matching pair of Meissen First Choice (First Quality) porcelain vases—the factory’s highest grade, certified free of production defects. Both pieces are decorated with delicate underglaze blue floral and foliate motifs, enhanced by subtle gilded accents (including stylized roundel details) against a luminous white porcelain body.

- Meiping-style Vase: Approx. 17.3 cm tall, with a slender ovoid body and short narrow neck, echoing the classic meiping form.

- Trumpet-form Vase: Flared-rim, footed design with identical blue-and-gilt decoration, forming a harmonious set.

Both bear the underglaze blue crossed swords mark of Meissen, consistent with late 19th to early 20th century production.

Condition: Both vases are in excellent original condition, with no chips, cracks, or restorations. Only minor, age-appropriate wear to the gilding is present, consistent with gentle use over time.
