Title: "Dispersed Thoughts"
Description:
There are days when the mind is louder than the world. Thoughts do not come in a line, but in leaps. They swirl, collide, leave traces.
"Dispersed Thoughts" feels like exactly that inner state. Black lines scroll over the surface like hastily noted ideas. Red splashes glow between them – intense, almost pulsating – like feelings that can no longer be held back. Nothing stays neatly in its place. Everything is in motion.
And yet this jumble is not empty. It is alive. Every drop seems like an impulse, every trace a fragmentary sentence, every splash a moment of clarity – just not ordered, but honest.
The painting feels human because it does not smooth things over. It shows how thinking can really be: fragmented, passionate, contradictory. And perhaps its calm lies precisely in that – in admitting that not every thought has to be neatly arranged to have meaning.

The canvas will be delivered rolled.
Christoph Prein is an Austrian artist known for his abstract and contemporary works, created mainly with acrylic paints. Originally from St. Margarethen near Knittelfeld, Prein’s pieces are often characterized by a minimalist, abstract style and are carefully crafted from high-quality materials to ensure vibrant colors and longevity. In his art he frequently engages themes such as identity, memory, and the exploration of human emotions, often pushing the boundaries between the visible and the invisible.
Prein’s approach to art is multidimensional, combining painting with elements of sculpture and installation. This distinctive style has earned him recognition both in Austria and internationally, with exhibitions across Europe, North America, and Asia. His works often invite viewers to reflect on the complexity of the modern world and the deeper aspects of the human experience.
For a painting measuring 160 x 100 cm you need a stretcher frame sized 150 x 90 cm with a thickness of 2-4 cm.
You can either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an art craftsman or gallery.
This is a handmade original, signed by the artist on the back and dated.
Premium, lightfast acrylic paints were used on a multi-times white-primed gallery canvas.
A varnish has also been applied to protect the work.
This work is handmade and therefore unique!
--- Authenticity certificate included ---
Beautify your private residence, law firm, practice, or office and upgrade your premises in an elegant and stylish way.
If a person ventures into his innermost depths, into a sphere that rarely comes to light, into a space that is mysterious and hidden, waiting to be discovered, tickled awake, also agonizingly upright, then art is born.
