About the artist:

Harleen is a self-taught artist, driven by drawing since her earliest childhood. Fate led her to her passion when she crossed paths with major figures of her generation. At first an assistant, she painted in the shadow of these renowned artists and participated in the creation of numerous exhibitions across Europe.

Gradually, encouraged by those she admired, she dared to take the plunge: to give birth to her own artistic universe. In 2020, Harleen signs her first works in her own name, rich with all the experiences accumulated in the shadows.

Her art? A vibrant blend of urban and pop influences. She draws inspiration from 90s graffiti, the streets that tell stories, and the icons who have marked visual culture. Between Pop Art and Street Art, her creations explode with color, textures, and emotions. She paints instinctively, almost viscerally, letting her characters emerge as the thread of her daily inspiration guides.

About the work:

Each painting is made on a 300 g cotton canvas. Harleen works in successive layers: acrylic, oil, soft pastels, spray paint — all of which give life to the raw emotion.
